The role

• Advising landowners, farming clients and rural businesses
• Handling purchases, sales and transfers of rural property
• Assisting with agricultural holdings and leasing arrangements
• Supporting clients with business succession and future planning
• Advising on diversification and land use projects
• Developing and maintaining client relationships

About you

• 5+ years’ PQE with experience in rural property, agriculture or related areas
• Comfortable managing transactions and client matters independently
• Good understanding of the challenges facing rural clients
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
