Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold and shared ownership)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders
• Ensure transactions are handled efficiently and cost-effectively
• Handle client enquiries professionally (face-to-face, remote and telephone)
• Meet agreed fee income targets and contribute to business performance
• Support and mentor assistants and paralegals
• Utilise web-based case management systems effectively

About You

• Minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Proven experience as a fee earner managing your own workload
• Strong organisational and IT skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and client care skills
