Our client, a leading offshore law firm, is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to its Guernsey office. The firm acts for a range of clients on high-value, often cross-border transactions, and the team is continuing to grow.
The role offers a broad, non-contentious practice (with scope to focus more on your area of expertise) covering corporate, banking and finance, and funds work. You will run your own matters, act as a main point of contact for clients and intermediaries, and supervise and develop junior Lawyers.
You will be a Solicitor, likely qualified in England and Wales, with at least five years’ PQE gained at a City, West End, leading national or top-tier international firm. Experience in any one of corporate, finance or funds is welcome – you do not need to have expertise or even good experience in all three areas. Good technical ability and strong drafting skills are important.
Offshore experience is not required.
The firm offers a competitive salary, benefiting from Guernsey’s 20% income tax rate, along with relocation support.
