About the Role:

• Sellick Partnership is looking for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a friendly local authority team on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly competent team that can offer competitive rates!

Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:

• Managing a caseload of a range of ASC matters
• To advise on sensitive ASC matters
• Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
• Court of Protection (COP)

Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:

• Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
• Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
