Our client is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (6–8 Years PQE) to join their growing and highly regarded Property Litigation team. Property Litigation Solicitor – Position Overview

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of contentious property matters from inception through to resolution, acting for a diverse client base across both commercial and residential property disputes.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-value matters while playing an active role in business development and the continued success of the department.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Litigation Solicitor:

• Managing a broad caseload of contentious property matters.
• Advising clients on commercial and residential property disputes.

Handling disputes relating to:

• Land and property ownership.
• Landlord and tenant matters.
• Commercial property disputes.
• Managing cases from pre-action stage through to trial.
• Conducting negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
• Representing clients at court hearings and trials where required.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.
• Supporting business development initiatives and networking activities.

Requirements of the Property Litigation Solicitor:

• Ideally 6–8 years’ PQE in Property Litigation.
• Strong technical expertise in contentious commercial and residential property matters.
• Proven ability to manage files independently and take ownership of matters.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and practical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
