My client are a Legal 500 law firm in the Bournemouth area is seeking a Contentious Wills & Probate Associate Solicitor to join its expanding private client team in a key position. With an ambitious growth strategy and a strong management team, the firm provides the support necessary to help you progress in your career.
You will manage a diverse caseload, building trusted, long-term relationships with clients. Your work will include contested wills, probate and trust claims, IPFDA litigation and Court of Protection matters. From day one, you’ll receive the support needed to confidently manage your own cases.
