The Role

Working alongside an experienced conveyancer, you will play a key role in ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Updating estate agents and mortgage brokers by telephone and email
• Handling incoming client enquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Preparing and issuing contract packs
• Assisting with replies to enquiries
• Audio dictation as required
• Preparing and issuing mortgage reports to clients
• Managing incoming post and correspondence
• Requesting mortgage funds, redemption statements and estate agent accounts
• Preparing completion packs, draft bills, completion statements and associated documentation
• Billing, filing, copying and general administrative support
• Providing additional assistance to the conveyancing team where required

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• At least two years’ experience within residential conveyancing
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage a busy workload and work effectively under pressure
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service
