Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) | Tonbridge

A leading Kent law firm is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing Commercial Property team in Tonbridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE to work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending and development projects. The successful candidate will advise developers, investors and businesses while working closely with senior lawyers and key clients.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial real estate transactions
• Client-focused and commercially aware approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Supervisory experience desirable
• Ambitious and keen to progress their career
