An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a growing Glasgow firm in a senior position.

This role offers the chance to lead an established property team, contribute to the department’s development and play a key role in the firm’s future growth.

The role

• Lead and develop the property team
• Mentor junior solicitors and support staff
• Build and maintain client and referrer relationships
• Support business development and team growth
• Contribute to departmental strategy and planning

About you

• 7+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Excellent knowledge of Scottish residential property law
• Confident managing transactions independently
• Experience supervising or mentoring colleagues
• Commercially aware and client-focused
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ambitious
