What will you do?
– Advise on children law & general family law matters
– Advise on a mix of public & privately funded children work
– Some of your own advocacy
What will you need?
– To be a qualified solicitor
– At least 5 PQE dealing with family & childcare law matters
– Ideally good advocacy skills
– Children’s Panel membership would be an advantage, but not essential
