Residential Conveyancer – Leamington 

An established and highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team in Leamington.

You will manage your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, provide excellent client service and support senior colleagues on more complex matters when required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, CLC, or experienced Conveyancing Executive
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing residential conveyancing transactions
• Strong communication, organisational and client care skills
• Knowledge of CQS Protocol and AML requirements
