Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Fee Earner

Berkshire | Hybrid Working | Office-Based Days | On-Site Parking | Permanent Role
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (DOE) + Benefits

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Berkshire, recognised for delivering high-quality Residential Conveyancing and Property Law services across the Thames Valley and surrounding areas.

It is now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) to join its busy and supportive property team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fee Earner who is confident managing a full residential conveyancing caseload and is looking to join a stable, reputable firm offering a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

The Role 

You will independently manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and secured lending
• Transfers of equity
• Right to Buy/Help to Buy transactions
• Shared Ownership schemes
• Probate and auction sales
• other general residential property transactions

You will be supported by a Paralegal, enabling you to focus on efficient file progression, deadlines and delivering excellent client service.

Candidate Requirements

You will demonstrate:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience with Help to Buy (desirable but not essential)
