The role

As a Conveyancing Solicitor in Westhill, you’ll manage your own caseload of residential transactions from start to finish, with regular client interaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
• Acting as a main point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process
• Managing files independently and prioritising workload effectively
• Delivering clear and practical advice to clients
• Using case management systems to maintain efficient file progression

About you

This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:

• Is qualified with up to 5 years’ PQE
• Has experience managing residential conveyancing transactions
• Has good communication and client-facing skills
• Works well independently and can prioritise their workload
• Has a good working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office
• Brings a proactive and organised approach
