This will include claims against professionals such as solicitors, accountants, financial advisers, construction consultants and brokers. Often these disputes will be complex litigated matters and you will also advise on coverage issues and provide general advisory services to a range of insurers. The client list is impressive and includes many well known insurers and Lloyd’s syndicates.
What you’ll need to succeed
You should be a professional negligence lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE. With a broad base of experience, you should be skilled at building and maintaining client relationships.
