Commercial Property Solicitor | 2+ years PQE | Hereford | Completive Salary | Financial Bonus Scheme | Healthcare plan | A well respected and highly regarded legal firm is looking to recruit a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to work within their welcoming team.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will manage a varied commercial property caseload, with a particular focus on agricultural land and partnership agreements, this will include:
• Commercial property sales, acquisitions, and agricultural land transactions.
• Business asset sales and partnership agreements.
• Property auctions, secured lending, mortgages, and remortgages.
• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, licences, and surrenders.
• Pension scheme transactions, including in-specie transfers.
• Land Registry applications, first registrations and adverse possession claims.
• Section 25 notices and acting for management companies.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
Applications are welcomed from candidates with 2+ years’ experience in a similar role. You will demonstrate:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing deadlines and handle confidential matters.
• A proactive, independent approach and commitment to excellent client service.
Experience in agricultural property and partnership agreements would be advantageous but is not essential.
