A well-established law firm in Doncaster is seeking a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join its growing and supportive Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ Solicitor or recently qualified Private Client Solicitor looking to build a long term career specialising in Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Court of Protection work. You will work alongside experienced Solicitors while developing the confidence to manage your own varied private client caseload.

The Role

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will gain exposure to a broad range of high quality private client matters, including:

• Drafting and advising clients on Wills and estate planning
• Handling Probate applications and Estate Administration
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Assisting with and managing Court of Protection matters
• Supporting clients with Trust creation and Trust administration
• Building strong client relationships while delivering excellent client care
• Managing a developing private client caseload with support from senior colleagues

About You

This role is ideal for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or someone approaching qualification with a genuine interest in Private Client law.

You will have:

• Qualified as a Solicitor or be due to qualify shortly
• Experience gained within a Private Client department during training or previous legal work
• A strong interest in Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administration and Trusts
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team
• A desire to develop into a successful Private Client Solicitor within a respected South Yorkshire law firm
