Title: Personal Injury Fee Earner
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
An established and growing law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join its successful litigation team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fee earner looking to handle a quality caseload while developing their career within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Opportunity
You will manage your own caseload of litigated personal injury claims, including Small Claims and Fast Track matters valued up to £25,000. The role offers exposure to a varied mix, allowing you to work autonomously while being supported by an experienced team. You will draft court documentation, negotiate settlements and guide claims through the litigation process, ensuring excellent client service throughout.
About You
You will have experience managing litigated personal injury files and a strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules. Previous experience handling RTA litigation is essential, with credit hire experience viewed favourably. You will possess excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills, together with a proactive and commercially minded approach.
