The Role

• Supporting experienced fee earners and solicitors on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.
• Assisting with transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Preparing legal documentation, correspondence and contract packs.
• Ordering and reviewing property searches.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are progressed efficiently.
• Providing day-to-day support across the full conveyancing process.
• Gaining exposure to all aspects of residential property transactions rather than being confined to a single area of the department.

You

• Have at least 1 year’s experience within residential conveyancing.
• May currently be working as a Conveyancing Secretary, Legal Assistant or Post Completions Assistant and are looking for greater responsibility.
• Possess strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Are confident communicating with clients and third parties.
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
• Want to develop your technical knowledge and become a well-rounded conveyancing professional.
• Keen to be involved in every case that comes through the door rather than carrying out the same tasks day after day?
