The work

Typical caseloads include:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts and tax-planning matters
• Court of Protection work
• Advising elderly and vulnerable clients
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex or high-value estates

You

You may be:

• Due to qualify shortly
• Newly qualified
• Within your first year after qualification
• A trainee with a substantial Private Client seat
• An experienced Private Client paralegal approaching qualification

You should have strong client-care skills, sound technical foundations and a genuine interest in building your career in Private Client law.
