Litigation Solicitor | Future Head of Department Opportunity
A respected law firm is soon to be recruiting an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its growing disputes team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and self-sufficient litigator who can manage their own caseload, supervise a paralegal and demonstrate the potential to progress into a future Head of Department role.
Caseload includes:
– General property litigation
– Contentious leasehold and enfranchisement
– Possession claims
– Employment settlement agreements
What we’re looking for:
– 5+ PQE in litigation
– Ability to work independently with light supervision
– Experience supervising junior staff
– Strong experience in leasehold and enfranchisement is desirable
