Legal PA – Commercial Disputes

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join a busy Dispute Resolution team in Edinburgh on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality PA and secretarial support to a team of fee earners, working collaboratively with the wider PA team and providing additional support across the business when required.

The role will involve:

• Providing day-to-day PA and administrative support to fee earners
• Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
• Assisting with litigation and court-related documentation
• Managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and associated logistics
• Supporting client and matter administration
• Assisting with billing, expenses and time recording
• Liaising with clients, colleagues and internal support teams
• Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems
• Providing additional support across the wider PA team as required

You will have:

• Previous experience as a Legal PA, PA or Executive Assistant
• Experience supporting a Dispute Resolution or Litigation team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting a busy team
