Legal Administrator – Corporate, Film & TV
A top UK law firm who is renowned for their high-profile media and entertainment offering, is hiring a new Legal Administrator to support their Corporate, Film & TV teams on a permanent basis.
The Legal Administrator will support the groups with general administration tasks and assist with streamlining processes.
Responsibilities for the Legal Administrator- Corporate, Film & TV:
Assists with the file opening and closing processes.Assists with photocopying and scanning.Assists with all aspects of the billing process and accounting processes, including claiming expenses.Maintains client files both electronically and in hard copy where required, including sorting, collating and filing emails and correspondence/documents.Manages processes using the firm’s network IT systems and databases, including Filesite, Aderant, and Microsoft Office.Liaising with other departments including Compliance and Finance.Manages workload issues; takes ownership of enquiries and ensures any issues are referred/delegated to the appropriate person and dealt with in a timely fashion.
