The Role

As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in a busy property team, supporting experienced solicitors and growing into a position to handle your own simple files initially. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and further develop your legal expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the management of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Conducting property searches and preparing necessary legal documentation
• Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents and other stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and files
• Providing administrative support to solicitors, ensuring seamless case progression

Requirements:

• Experience in residential conveyancing at least two years
• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional growth
