The Role

• Join a highly regarded Family team recognised for handling high-quality private family law matters.
• Manage your own varied caseload covering divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes and private children matters.
• Advise clients with empathy, professionalism and practical commercial awareness.
• Handle matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, including drafting court documents, witness statements, consent orders and correspondence.
• Work alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers on complex financial remedy matters involving high-value assets.
• Develop tailored legal strategies that achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
• Build long-term client relationships through clear, responsive and supportive communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Play an active role in networking, business development, client events and profile-raising initiatives to grow both your own practice and the wider team.
• Maintain excellent standards of compliance, file management and risk procedures.

• Qualified Solicitor with experience handling private family law matters.
• Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision where required.

• Excellent drafting, organisational and negotiation skills.
• Able to explain complex legal issues in a clear, practical and compassionate manner.
