The role

As a Senior Family Solicitor in Dundee, you’ll deliver quality legal advice across the full spectrum of family law, working to agreed fee-earning targets. Day to day, this includes:

• Handling a broad and varied family law caseload
• Keeping on top of time recording and resource management to maximise profitability
• Building and maintaining client and referral relationships to generate business
• Providing sound, practical advice to clients
• Delegating and supervising work within your team
• Balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality under pressure

About you

This role would suit a Senior Solicitor who:

• Has solid experience across family law matters
• Brings well-developed organisational skills and a methodical approach to time recording
• Has a track record of growing client and referral relationships
• Collaborates well and stays composed under pressure
• Takes a commercial, efficiency-minded approach to their work
• Is comfortable delegating to and supervising junior colleagues
