Employment Solicitor / Legal Executive 

Are you a 1-5 year PQE Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive who’s feeling undervalued at your current law firm, looking for a new change where you would be respected for the work you do? 

This established law firm in East Sussex has a proven track record for success and are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join a busy Employment team in this critical hire due to an increase in work.  You’ll be handling both

contentious and non-contentious matters for claimants and respondents. You will have your own caseload that includes termination of Employment, disputes & employment tribunal claims, discrimination, bullying & harassment at work; employment contracts, redundancy and restructuring and reorganisation.  The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support and development required to climb the career ladder. 

 
Your role as an Employment Solicitor will involve: 

• Handing your own caseload of contentious and non- contentious matters
• Technical excellence, handling both claimant and respondent employment matters
• Being able to business develop and network, to gain new clients
• A clear career path from the outset
