This elite conflict free litigation boutique has built exceptional momentum in recent years and is now busier than ever, with a deep pipeline of complex, high-value international disputes.

The firm continues to attract premium mandates that would typically sit with the leading US and Magic Circle firms. Clients include corporates, investors, sovereign-related entities, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals involved in sophisticated cross-border matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The practice is broad and consistently high calibre, including:

• Commercial litigation and cross-border disputes.
• Civil fraud and asset tracing matters.
• Shareholder and joint venture disputes.
• Contentious trust and fiduciary matters.
• Investigations involving allegations of fraud, bribery, and corruption.
• International arbitration and related proceedings.

The successful candidate will:

• Be England & Wales qualified, or a Commonwealth-qualified Lawyer from Australia or New Zealand, likely between 2 and 5 years’ PQE.
• Demonstrate a consistently strong academic background.
• Have trained and qualified at a leading City, or international firm.
• Possess strong experience across commercial litigation and complex disputes.
• Be technically excellent, commercially minded, and confident dealing directly with clients.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative and ambition are genuinely rewarded.
