Our client, a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked private practice with a strong regional presence, is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor. The firm advises clients on a diverse range of corporate matters, including transactional work, corporate restructurings, employee share schemes, commercial contracts, and associated advisory services. They are looking to appoint a driven and commercially minded Corporate Commercial Solicitor who is eager to develop their career within a growing practice. Type of work in this Corporate Commercial Solicitor opportunity:

• Lead and manage a varied caseload of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, demergers, joint ventures, and a range of commercial agreements.
• Take ownership of client matters from inception to completion, ensuring the efficient delivery of legal services and consistently achieving high-quality outcomes.
• Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice tailored to clients’ objectives, acting as a trusted advisor while developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members, offering guidance, sharing technical expertise, and contributing to the team’s ongoing training and professional development.
• Actively participate in business development initiatives, representing the firm at networking events, strengthening relationships with professional contacts and referrers, and contributing to marketing activities, including the production of online and print content.
