The Role

• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
• Handle a broad mix of work including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new builds
• Work with innovative, AI-driven systems designed to make your role more efficient
• Provide a high-quality, client-focused service throughout

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of property transactions
• Comfortable with systems and keen to embrace new technology
• Client-focused with excellent communication skills
