A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join its innovative flexible resourcing team on an initial 3-month contract.

Client Details

Working remotely, you will support one of the firm’s major clients on a broad range of commercial matters, becoming an extension of their in-house legal function and providing practical, business-focused legal advice.

Description

• Advising on a range of commercial contracts and day-to-day legal matters.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Providing pragmatic legal support to key business stakeholders.
• Working closely with both the client and wider legal teams to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Assisting with contract management and risk assessment activities.

Profile

• UK-qualified senior solicitor with experience gained at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Strong commercial contracts experience.
• Able to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Comfortable operating in a client-facing environment and providing practical legal solutions.
• Available to start at short notice.
