What will you do?

• Advise on children law matters relating to: 
• Child arrangements orders & contact disputes, adoption, emergency orders, relocation and child abduction, parental responsibility, childcare proceedings and social services,
• Some of your own advocacy 

What will you need? 

• To be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive 
• At least 5 yrs experience within family & childcare law  
• Good advocacy skills 
• Children’s Panel membership is an advantage, but not essential
