Capital Markets Lawyer, 2+PQE NEW

An internationally established law firm is looking to strengthen its Capital Markets practice in Munich or Frankfurt and is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join its growing team. The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and international capital markets transactions.

The team advises listed companies, mid-sized businesses and national and international banks across the full spectrum of capital markets law. Its work covers both equity and debt capital markets, including IPOs, prospectus preparation, public offerings, private placements, block trades and dual listings. The practice also advises on ongoing listed company obligations and a range of debt financing instruments, including convertible bonds, exchangeable bonds and profit participation rights. The role offers exposure to complex transactions, close collaboration with international colleagues and direct contact with leading market participants.

Your Profile:

• Relevant professional experience in capital markets law, ideally with additional experience in banking regulatory law.
• Excellent academic results in both German State Examinations in Law.
• A strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, combined with analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of commitment, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ambition to take the next step in your career.
• A doctorate and/or an LL. would be advantageous but is not essential.
