The role

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters
• Manage complex acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development transactions
• Build and maintain key client relationships
• Lead on transactions and supervise junior Lawyers
• Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
• Support the continued expansion of the real estate practice

About you

• Senior Associate or Legal Director level Real Estate Solicitor
• Experience handling complex commercial property transactions
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills
• Commercially focused and solutions-oriented
• Interested in mentoring and developing junior colleagues
• Ambitious and motivated to contribute to a growing practice
