Family Solicitor

A senior-level role within an established Inverness team for an experienced Family Law Solicitor looking to take ownership of a high-quality caseload and play a key role in the continued development of the department.

This position offers you autonomy, complex family law work and the opportunity to develop client relationships while contributing to the wider success of the team.

The role

• Advise on complex divorce, separation and financial provision matters
• Handle a varied caseload of child law disputes and other family matters
• Take ownership of matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team
• Support and share knowledge with more junior members of the team

About you

• 5+ years’ PQE in family law
• A well-rounded family lawyer with experience handling complex matters
• Confident managing a caseload with a high degree of autonomy
• Communication, negotiation and client management skills
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to contribute at a senior level
