A well-established national law firm is looking to recruit experienced Residential Conveyancers to join its expanding remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for conveyancers who are confident managing their own residential property caseload and are seeking a role that offers fully remote working, strong internal systems and a transparent bonus structure.
The firm has built a reputation for providing consistent workflow, modern case management systems and a supportive structure, enabling fee earners to focus on delivering excellent client service while maximising their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
• Handle a range of property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Deal with shared ownership matters, title queries and enquiries where applicable
• Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties
• Progress matters efficiently while ensuring high levels of client care and compliance

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Ability to handle files independently from instruction to completion
• Strong experience dealing with sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions
• Experience with shared ownership transactions is beneficial but not essential
• Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills
• Comfortable managing a busy caseload in a remote working environment
