An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Paralegal to join a well established and growing dispute resolution team, working alongside experienced solicitors on a broad range of contentious matters. The successful candidate will support fee earners across a varied caseload of contentious probate, property litigation and commercial litigation matters, making this an ideal opportunity for an ambitious paralegal looking to broaden their experience within a busy and supportive team.

The Role
You will assist with a wide range of litigation matters including:

• Contentious probate disputes
• Property litigation, including boundary disputes, rights of way and landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial litigation and contract disputes
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court bundles
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
• Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and third parties
• Assisting with court deadlines, disclosure and case management
• Supporting solicitors throughout the litigation process from instruction through to resolution

What We’re Looking For

• Previous litigation paralegal experience, ideally gained within contentious probate, property litigation, commercial litigation or a broad civil litigation team
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication and client care skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your workload
• Ambition to develop your litigation career within a supportive environment
