Family Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services. The Role
You will manage your own caseload of family law matters, advising clients on a range of sensitive and often complex issues. The work will primarily focus on private family law, offering exposure to high-quality matters and the opportunity to build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing a caseload of family law matters from instruction through to conclusion

Advising clients on divorce, separation, and financial settlements

Handling private children matters, including arrangements and disputes

Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court applications

Representing clients at hearings where appropriate

Liaising with courts, counsel, and third parties

Supporting negotiation and alternative dispute resolution where possible

About You

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law

Strong understanding of private family law procedures and practice ()

Experience managing your own caseload independently

Excellent client care and communication skills, particularly in sensitive situations

Strong drafting and organisational abilities

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

A proactive and professional approach to work
