Leading Devon Law Firm Seeking Private Client Specialist

A well-established, award-winning law firm in Devon is expanding its highly regarded Private Client department and is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a Diverse Private Client Caseload

• Estate Administration and Probate Matters
• Drafting Wills and Advising on Estate Planning
• Inheritance Tax (IHT) Planning and Wealth Protection
• Trust Creation, Management and Advisory Work
• Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Optional Court of Protection Matters

Business Development & Client Engagement

• Build relationships with local clients and professional networks
• Participate in networking and business development initiatives (optional but encouraged)

Candidate Requirements

Experienced Private Client Legal Professional (4+ Years PQE)

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), or Experienced Fee Earner
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Private Client Law
• STEP or SFE accreditation (or working towards) – advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Client-focused with excellent communication abilities
