You will provide expert advice to businesses and charities on key areas such as:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Restructuring
• Partnerships
• Commercial agreements
• Intellectual property
• Corporate governance
• Regulatory and statutory compliance

The firm is seeking a Solicitor with solid technical expertise in Corporate and Commercial transactions who can quickly build and maintain client relationships.

As the ideal Solicitor, you will:

• Have 4 years PQE in a Commercial background
• Deliver exceptional client care
• Take a professional and commercial approach to legal advice
• Have some experience in business development and marketing
