You’ll work closely with clients operating within the agricultural and rural sectors, helping them navigate transactions and strategic land management decisions.

The role

• Advising on rural property sales and acquisitions
• Handling agricultural tenancies and farming-related transactions
• Assisting with estate and land management matters
• Advising landowners and rural businesses on property issues
• Supporting clients with development and diversification projects
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

About you

• 5+ years’ PQE in rural property or commercial property
• Experience handling property transactions independently
• Interest in agriculture, estates and rural business matters
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to client advice
