This is a very friendly, collegiate team which is renowned for its work with institutional funds clients, led by Partners who are genuine market leaders and fiercely protective of those in their charge.

The work

• Advising institutional fund and private credit clients on distressed situations and strategic options
• Distressed M&A
• Contentious and advisory work for insolvency practitioners
