Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally Solicitor or Legal Executive qualified (not essential)
• 3+ years’ experience managing a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
• Strong knowledge of title complexities and ability to manage cases of varying difficulty
• Proven ability to handle a full caseload of conveyancing files with minimal supervision
