A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Real Estate Finance / Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded international law firm undertaking sophisticated, high-value work for clients across the UK and internationally.
The firm operates at Magic Circle level in terms of the quality and complexity of its work, whilst offering the opportunity to work in a more entrepreneurial, partner-led and commercially focused environment.
This is an unusual opportunity for a solicitor who does not want to be restricted to a narrow property specialism. The role will involve a broad mix of Real Estate Finance and general Commercial Real Estate, making it particularly well suited to someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable turning their hand to different aspects of transactional property work.
The firm acts for a sophisticated client base including institutional investors, investment funds, banks, specialist lenders, developers, family offices, international investors and corporate borrowers, with matters frequently involving significant transaction values and international elements.
The Role:
You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on a varied portfolio of commercial real estate and real estate finance transactions, taking a meaningful level of responsibility for matters from inception through to completion.

The firm’s real estate practice is very broad and highly sophisticated. They cover a broad spectrum of commercial property work, both nationally and internationally.
The practice acts for clients ranging from entrepreneurs and family offices to institutional investors, funds, developers and financial institutions, including international clients investing into the UK market.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded Real Estate Solicitor / Property Solicitor / Real Estate Finance Solicitor with experience in one or both of the core areas.
