Our client is a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for providing expert advice in property law and dispute resolution. Property and land issues are often integral to any business or organisation and if handled incorrectly, they can result in significant financial, operational, or reputational consequences.

The firm’s dedicated Dispute Resolution team works proactively with clients to identify and manage property-related risks, helping to prevent disputes before they arise. When disputes do occur, the team provides pragmatic, strategic advice tailored to the client’s objectives, balancing outcomes, timescales and costs.

The Role:

The firm is seeking a Solicitor with 4+ years PQE specialising in property or land disputes to join its Dispute Resolution team. You will work closely with clients to provide expert legal advice and represent them in disputes, ensuring outcomes that protect their financial position, operations and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively advise clients on property and land disputes, including commercial and residential matters
• Identify and mitigate potential property-related risks before they escalate
• Draft correspondence, pleadings and agreements as required
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and, where necessary, litigation
• Work collaboratively with Senior Solicitors and other team members to deliver high-quality advice and services
• Maintain clear and professional client communication throughout matters

Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in property, land, or property-related dispute resolution
• Strong understanding of property law, land disputes and commercial considerations
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
• Strong client care focus with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
