An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a well-regarded Property Litigation team at a respected law firm.

The Opportunity

Joining an experienced Property Litigation team, you will gain exposure to a varied caseload while receiving ongoing support and training from experienced practitioners. The role offers excellent opportunities for development and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters
• Supporting on possession claims and lease disputes
• Assisting with boundary disputes, easements, rights of way and restrictive covenants
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court applications
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting senior members of the team on complex matters

 

• About You

 

• Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
• A strong interest in Property Litigation
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
