Locum Litigation Solicitor – Property

£50-£55 per hour

Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor available for an ongoing locum opportunity? We are working with a well-established firm seeking a solicitor to join their team on an ASAP basis.

The Role:

  • Managing a varied caseload of landlord & tenant litigation matters
  • Handling possession claims, evictions, rent arrears and lease disputes
  • Dealing with contract disputes, contested probate and boundary disputes
  • Representing both corporate and individual clients
  • Attending negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
  • Providing practical, client-focused legal advice

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with property litigation experience
  • Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law and civil procedure
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
