Description

This senior Knowledge Lawyer position sits at the heart of the Private Wealth & Tax team and plays a key role in supporting the firm’s offering to individuals, trustees and family offices both in the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing the practice group’s knowledge strategy.
• Creating, maintaining and enhancing precedents, know-how resources and client-facing guidance.
• Monitoring legal, regulatory and market developments and providing horizon-scanning updates.
• Designing and delivering internal and external training programmes.
• Supporting lawyers with technical legal and practice-related queries.
• Producing articles, client alerts and other thought leadership content.
• Working closely with business development teams to identify and support growth opportunities.
• Driving innovation through the use of legal technology and knowledge management tools.
• Supporting risk management and best practice initiatives across the department.
• Managing and developing knowledge resources and internal knowledge platforms.

Job Offer

You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 8+ years’ PQE and significant expertise in private client and tax law.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Deep technical knowledge of private wealth and tax matters.
• Previous Knowledge Lawyer/PSL experience, or a strong track record of knowledge contribution within a fee-earning role.
• Exceptional drafting and communication skills.
• A genuine interest in legal innovation and knowledge management.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development.
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively.
