Private Client Solicitor – Newcastle

A well-established North East based firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to join its growing team in Newcastle. This is a strong opportunity to work on a broad mix of high quality private client matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role:

• Manage a varied caseload of private client work including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and inheritance tax planning
• Provide clear, practical legal advice with a strong focus on client care and long term relationships
• Maintain accurate case management records in line with firm procedures
• Attend client meetings and any required hearings or appointments
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider team to share knowledge and support service delivery

Requirements:

• Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge across core private client matters
• Confident communicator with a client focused approach
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to ongoing development
