A long established and respected law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Private Client team. This is a strong opportunity to handle a broad caseload with autonomy, build lasting client relationships and support junior colleagues within a friendly, modern and forward thinking practice.

The Role

Manage a varied private client caseload including Wills, LPAs, Probate, estate administration and Trust matters

Provide clear, sensitive advice to clients during often difficult circumstances

Develop and maintain strong client relationships and referrer networks

Offer guidance and informal mentoring to junior team members while maintaining ownership of your own files

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-6+ years PQE in Wills and Probate
• Strong technical knowledge across estate planning and administration
• Committed to high standards of client care
• Organised, commercially aware and confident working independently
