Private Client Fee-earner – Bristol (Hybrid or Remote) 

An exciting role for an experienced Private Client Fee-Earner to join a progressive company that specialise in complex estate administration due to an increase in quality referrals. You can be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or qualified by experience. 

Role Overview

As a Private Client Fee-Earner, you will manage a caseload of c.45 estate files of non-taxable estates. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of non-taxable estate files
• Progress cases through grants, accounts and estate closure
• Communicate with clients and professional partners via phone and email
• Draft estate accounts and ensure compliance with internal systems

What experience is required: 

• Probate and estate administration experience
